Shipping Policy

Pickup From Our Store

Pickup is available from our store located at:

Please wait for the confirmation email before collecting your order. This email will confirm that your items are ready and will include the pickup times. Please bring your receipt and ID when you arrive.

​

If you need to arrange a specific pickup time, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

​

For pre-order items, we will notify you as soon as the item arrives and your order is ready for pickup.

​

Australian Delivery

​

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We aim to deliver all orders between 5 to 10 business days across Australia. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

​

Pre-ordered items will only be shipped between 5 to 10 business days from their release date specified on the product page.

​

We Dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

​

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.​​​

Return & Exchange Policy

For The Playerz issues refunds and exchanges in accordance to the guidelines outlined by Australian Consumer Law. 

​

For The Playerz captures images of each item prior to shipment. Any endeavor to return an item not purchased from For The Playerz will be promptly reported to the relevant authorities as fraudulent activity.

When returning an item for a refund, the customer is repsonible for covering the shipping costs when returning the item to us. A 5 percent restocking fee applies to change of mind returns.

​We are committed to protecting your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and working with our suppliers to assist you with warranty claims.

Change of Mind Returns

​

Customers can return new unopended items within 5 business days of delivery. Returns can be made in-store or by post.

​

Headsets and earphones cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

​

Apparel and cosply items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

​

Customers are repsonbile for the return shipping costs when posting items. A restocking fee of 10 percent of the product purchase price applies to change of mind returns.

​

Refunds will be processed within five business days of receiving the returned item.

​

Pre-Orders

​

Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

​

No refunds for delays, change of mind, or cancellations after ordering.

​

Pre-Owned Items

​

Pre-Orders cannot be refunded for change of mind.

​

If a pre-owned item stops working within 30 days of purchase, an inspection will be carried out. A refund will be issued if the item is found to be faulty.

Items showing signs of being opened, modified, or misused will not be refunded.

​

​Faulty or Damaged Items

​

Customers can return faulty or damaged items within 5 days of delivery. Returns can be made in-store or by post.

​

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

​

Refunds for faulty or damaged items will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item. 

​

No restocking fee applies to faulty or damaged items.

​

​Wrong Items Received

​

If the item is unopened and not damaged we will be happy to replace the item or provide a full refund once the item has been returned.​​​
